Dry Fly Gin is a very versatile and unique gin. To begin with, they’re using hops and a variety of botanicals, like apples that you normally don’t see too much in gin. They’re still using juniper, but it’s not a dominate flavor. Serve this gin in a martini and you’ll be confused as to whether or not to add an olive or a twist. Either way, you won’t be disappointed.
This is a good gin to serve to someone who wants a sample from your gin collection, but “isn’t a gin drinker”, or for gin drinkers who want to explore something different.
