Ebb + Flow Gin comes from Sound Spirits Distillery, which is Seattle’s first distillery since Prohibition. Sound Spirits also makes an amazing Old Tom Gin as well as other distilled spirits.

Ebb + Flow Gin is an excellent choice for when you want to serve a gin to those people who don’t normally drink gin. It goes down like a liquid key lime pie, only briefly does the juniper give you a touch of spice mid-palate to remind you that it is a gin.

The creamy citrus base of this gin makes it suitable for any gin based cocktail that mixes well with citrus. A gin and tonic is the safest bet while a Vesper would work well for someone wanting one with less heat.
